AGREEMENT BETWEEN USERS/Clients AND TheZenOne.Academy

TheZenOne.Academy Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by The Zen One Spiritual Academy.

The TheZenOne.Academy Web Site is offered to you on condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of TheZenOne.Academy Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

It is agreed as follows:

‘You’ meaning, the clients or Registered Users of TheZenOne.Academy

‘We’ meaning, the operators of TheZenOne.Academy named as The Zen One Spiritual Academy

1. Registered Users must at all times notify TheZenOne.Academy of any changes to their contact details or any other information that would be required to keep our records relevant. This can be done by logging into the website and updating your contact details in your listing and profile.

2. We agree not to sell or distribute your personal details with any third parties.

3. This agreement shall come into effect from the date of acceptance of creating your account as Registered User of the website. Your agreement to these conditions herein shall continue until cancellation of your account on Our website. Accounts can be deleted by logging into the website and navigating to Account, then scrolling to the bottom of the page, or by e-mailing us using the contact form at https://TheZenOne.Academy/Contact/

4. The Zen One Spiritual Academy have the right to amend the website and these terms at any time without prior notification.

5. By continuing to use this website you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring TheZenOne.Academy into disrepute and use the website in a method that it was not intended or attempt to access information from the website by unlawful or unauthorised means such as; manipulating the code i.e hacking, making use of account credentials that do not belong to you without prior consent of the owner.

5.1. You agree not to post illegal content or images; content/images that may be deemed illegal in your country/state/region. Examples of this include racist, sexist or other defamatory content that may single out or cause harm to an individual or group. In such cases, TheZenOne.Academy may amend or delete your account and any content related to your account. At our sole discretion we may use this as evidence against you in a court of law.

6.The Zen One Spiritual Academy, may at any time choose to terminate your account with us should we deem it necessary. No explanation is necessary for such deletions.

7. Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties involved.

8. We at The Zen One Spiritual Academy stress that in no way shall we be responsible for information pertaining to companies, services or their contact details that may be incorrect or incomplete. It is the sole responsibility of the Company listed to claim their listing and ensure that content listed is accurate and up-to-date.

9. We at The Zen One Spiritual Academy take no responsibility for the content of Reviews made by Users of the site, the content of the Reviews remains the property of the Reviewer, additionally this in no way reflects the opinions or views of the operators, directors or employees of TheZenOne.Academy. However, should a company take issue with Reviews left on their listing, they may report the Reviews so that we may consider if it is fair and should be removed.

10. Refunds:

Following payment of a chosen subscription, the fee is refundable less an admin fee of 20% + any processing fees dependent on payment method (Credit, Debit or Paypal) provided the service is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start date of the subscription. In relation to downloadable products and recordings – no refund is available at all unless otherwise stated on promotions / marketing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. The Zen One Spiritual Academy will notify Users of the expiration of their subscription package. The User will then have the choice to re-subscribe or decline. We do not store your card details and will not take any payments automatically unless pre-agreed.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

TheZenOne.Academy reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site.

TheZenOne.Academy Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of TheZenOne.Academy and TheZenOne.Academy is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. TheZenOne.Academy is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. TheZenOne.Academy is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TheZenOne.Academy of the site or any association with its operators.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE PERMITTED

As a condition of your use of the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site, you warrant to TheZenOne.Academy that you will not use the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices as well as any local laws within your region/state/country. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.

Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

TheZenOne.Academy has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, TheZenOne.Academy reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. TheZenOne.Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

TheZenOne.Academy reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in TheZenOne.Academy’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. TheZenOne.Academy does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, TheZenOne.Academy specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized TheZenOne.Academy spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of TheZenOne.Academy.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on wwwge, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

TheZenOne.Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Mateo County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site. Use of the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and TheZenOne.Academy as a result of this agreement or use of the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site. TheZenOne.Academy’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of TheZenOne.Academy’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site or information provided to or gathered by TheZenOne.Academy with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and TheZenOne.Academy with respect to the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and TheZenOne.Academy with respect to the TheZenOne.Academy Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

MODERN SLAVERY ACT

TheZenOne.Academy is fully aware that modern slavery is a serious crime that can take many forms including but not limited to forced labour, slavery, human trafficking and sex trafficking.

TheZenOne.Academy has a zero tolerance approach to Modern Slavery both in it’s own business and in dealing with clients, where such clients are allowed to post content onto the TheZenOne.Academy website. Any instances or suspected instances of Modern Slavery that is detected/reported to the operators of the TheZenOne.Academy website will be fully investigated and any findings passed onto the relevant authorities in the region.

The operators of the TheZenOne.Academy website conduct an appropriate level of due diligence on any clients who post content to the website to ensure that any content is not in breach of the Modern Slavery act.
